First Year at Camp: 2009 (Started as Recreational Staff)

Bit About Me: I started volunteering for Camp while I was still a junior in High School. 14 years later I’ve now been teaching High School English for 6 years. I have Camp to thank for that; I would not have chosen to work with kids as a career if not for all of the invaluable memories and friendships I’ve made through Camp Possibilities. It truly is a family and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it. On a lighter note, I’ve been married for 3 years now (my wife Margo has come to camp as a counselor). We live in Wilmington with our 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Memory: The year of the comic-con theme! The dance is always a highlight, but seeing everybody dressed as their favorite characters made it extra special. I believe that was the same year we rented the tallest waterslide on the East Coast! We could see it shining above the trees at the top of the property from all the way down by the pavilion.
